1. Mandatory Safety & Operational Notice

Fendrixt manufactures, imports, and distributes professional industrial lifting equipment, rigging hardware, and heavy load-bearing components. Due to the high-risk nature of overhead lifting, crane operations, and material handling, strict adherence to rated capacities, safety inspections, proper training, and operational guidelines is mandatory. Purchasing products from Fendrixt implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. General Scope & Binding Agreement

By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or completing a transaction on fendrixt.com (the “Website”), you (“Customer”, “Buyer”, “User”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Fendrixt (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, corporation, or municipality, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

Fendrixt supplies commercial-grade rigging and heavy lifting equipment, including but not limited to Grade 80/100 alloy steel chain slings, synthetic web and round slings, wire rope assemblies, drop-forged shackles, rigging hooks, turnbuckles, master links, plate clamps, lever hoists, and snatch blocks. These products are manufactured strictly for industrial, construction, agricultural, maritime, and commercial logistics operations conducted by trained personnel.

3. Equipment Ratings, Working Load Limits (WLL) & Operational Safety Disclaimer

• Working Load Limit (WLL) Adherence: Every lifting component sold by Fendrixt is assigned a strict Working Load Limit (WLL) and safety design factor (e.g., 4:1, 5:1, or 6:1 depending on hardware specification). The Buyer and end-user are strictly responsible for verifying that the load being lifted does not exceed the certified WLL of any individual component in the rigging assembly.

• Qualified Personnel Requirement: Rigging hardware must be installed, operated, and maintained by competent persons certified in overhead material handling, complying fully with ASME B30 standards, OSHA guidelines, CE regulations, and relevant provincial or federal Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) codes.

• Pre-Use Inspection & Maintenance: Prior to every single lift, all equipment must undergo rigorous visual and physical inspection for cracks, deformation, gouges, chemical erosion, severe rusting, thermal damage, latch failure, or chain link stretch. Any gear showing signs of wear exceeding allowable tolerances must be retired and destroyed immediately.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fendrixt disclaims all liability for physical injuries, property damage, structural failure, project delays, loss of revenue, or indirect/consequential damages resulting from improper hardware selection, exceeding WLL ratings, side-loading, shock loading, extreme temperature exposure, unauthorized welding/modifications, or failure to perform pre-use inspections.

4. User Accounts, Registration & Order Authorization

When registering an account or purchasing as a guest on fendrixt.com, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Fendrixt reserves the right to decline, place on hold, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including instances of suspicious payment activity, unauthorized wholesale reselling, unverified freight destinations, or inventory discrepancies.

5. Pricing, Currency & Technical Accuracy

All store prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or United States Dollars (USD) as specified at checkout. Fendrixt makes every effort to ensure accurate product listings, weight specifications, load ratings, and pricing. However, typographical or system errors may occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with erroneous technical data, Fendrixt reserves the right to cancel or reconfirm affected orders prior to shipment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on fendrixt.com—including brand trademarks, vector logos, layout artwork, load charts, engineering drawings, custom code snippets, and product copy—is the exclusive property of Fendrixt. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial misuse without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of or related to these Terms or transactions on fendrixt.com shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
