1. 30-Day Standard Return Window

Standard, off-the-shelf items purchased on fendrixt.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of physical carrier delivery.

2. Strict Eligibility & Safety Inspection Requirements

• Unused Condition: Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, uninstalled, and pristine condition without scratch marks, grease, paint chips, or signs of stress testing.

• Original Packaging & Certification: Products must include all original packaging, hardware, instruction manuals, serial tags, and manufacturer proof-of-test certificates.

• Life-Safety Quality Inspection: Because lifting gear is classified as life-safety equipment, any returned component that exhibits evidence of field application, tension testing, modification, or exposure to harsh jobsite environments will be rejected by our quality assurance team and returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

• Custom Assemblies Non-Returnable: Custom-assembled Grade 80/100 chain slings, cut-to-length wire ropes, custom synthetic web slings, specialized painted fittings, or custom-built lifting beams are custom manufactured per order and are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Step-by-Step Return Authorization (RMA) Process

1. Submit Request: Send an email to info@fendrixt.com with your original Order Number, item part numbers, quantity, reason for return, and photos verifying unused condition. If eligible, our support team will issue a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Packaging & RMA Marking: Securely pack the items in original boxes or palletize if heavy freight. Clearly print the assigned RMA number on the outside of the box.

3. Dispatch Freight: Ship the approved package with prepaid freight to our central distribution facility:

4. Freight Responsibility & Restocking Fees

• Return Freight Expenses: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs and freight charges. Initial shipping charges incurred by Fendrixt are non-refundable.

• 15% Restocking Fee: Standard approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers warehouse labor, technical load re-inspection, magnetic particle testing (if necessary), and administrative reprocessing.

5. Refund Issuance & Timeline

Once received at our Edmonton facility, return shipments are inspected by our quality engineering staff within 3 to 5 business days. Upon passing inspection, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee and initial outbound freight fees.
