Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: September 2026

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • In-Stock Hardware: Standard in-stock hardware (shackles, hooks, standard links, hoists) placed before 2:00 PM MST on business days are processed and prepared for carrier pickup within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Custom Slings & Rigging Assemblies: Custom chain sling configurations, proof-load tested assemblies, and cut-to-length wire rope require custom rigging, tagging, and documentation, taking 2 to 4 business days prior to dispatch.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated transit and delivery times range from 3 to 15 business days depending on location, shipping option selected at checkout, product weight, and customs processing for cross-border shipments:

  • Standard Domestic Shipments (Canada): Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days via parcel ground or regional freight.

  • Cross-Border Shipments (Contiguous USA): Estimated delivery within 5 to 9 business days (subject to customs clearance speed).

  • Remote Regions, Offshore & International Destinations: Estimated delivery within 3 to 15 business days depending on location and carrier service.

3. Shipping Methods, Parcel vs. LTL Freight

  • Standard Parcel Freight: Orders weighing under 150 lbs (68 kg) are shipped via standard parcel couriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Canada Post.

  • Heavy Freight & Palletized Shipments (LTL): Heavy shipments, multi-leg chain assemblies, or bulk orders exceeding parcel weight limits are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or full truckload freight. LTL deliveries require a commercial loading dock or forklift on site. If liftgate delivery or residential delivery is required, please select these options at checkout or contact sales prior to dispatch.

4. Tracking, Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Automated tracking links are emailed upon shipment dispatch. For international orders, shipments are subject to import duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, and local VAT assessed by the destination nation’s customs agency. The Buyer is strictly responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes.

5. Freight Damage Claims & Shortage Notice

Upon delivery of heavy freight or parcel packages, inspect all boxes, crates, and pallets immediately before signing the carrier’s Delivery Receipt / Bill of Lading (BOL). If visible outer damage, crushed packaging, or missing pieces are detected, explicitly write ‘DAMAGED / SHORTAGE’ on the BOL document before signing. Take clear photos and notify info@fendrixt.com within 48 hours of delivery.
