• Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed through level-1 PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). Fendrixt does not store or view raw credit card numbers on its servers.

• Technical & Session Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, geolocation data, referring URL, and session clickstream metrics.

2. Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing

We process data strictly to process and fulfill equipment orders, calculate freight charges, issue proof-of-test certificates, prevent payment fraud, manage customer accounts, and communicate critical order updates or safety recall notices.

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

Fendrixt never sells, rents, or trades customer data to third-party marketers. Data is disclosed only to essential operational partners, including freight couriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL carriers), payment gateways, and cloud server hosting providers.

4. Data Protection, Storage & User Rights

We employ 256-bit SSL encryption, restricted server access, and routine vulnerability scanning. Users have the right to request access to, update, or permanently delete their personal information by contacting info@fendrixt.com.
